Standard 3: Safety & Sanitation
  • Fill out Guided Notes (50 Points) using the PowerPoint Presentation
  • Cut out Vocabulary (30 Points) and make into a flower
    • Fill out the definitions inside the flower (15 Points)
    • Color or Decorate (15 Points)
Standard 2: MSDS
  • Fill out Guided Notes (50 Points) using the PowerPoint Presentation
  • Cut out MSDS (30 Points) and make into a flower
    • Google each of the chemicals and select images.  This should bring up the pictures of MSDS's for the chemical.  Pick 1 and write the brand name, 2 categories and 1 item from each category on the inside of the flower (15 Points)
    • Color or Decorate (15 Points)
Standard 16 Smallwares & Hand-Tools:
  • Fill out Guided Notes (50 Points) using the PowerPoint Presentation
Word Search from having a Substitute (25 Points per Side)

  • Fill out Guided Notes (25 Points) using the BOTH PowerPoint Presentation
  • Complete Group Measurements Quiz (25) using the Guided Notes
  • Complete Individual Measurements Quiz (25) using the Guided Notes

Knife Safety Poster (50 Points)
     Make your own Knife Safety poster, either drawn on a piece of copy paper or made on a computer.  Make sure you use color!  There must be a minimum of 8 different rules with a brief description of the rule.  See example for details.  Email computer generated versions to stockwellc@rcschools.net
