Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Pam Phillips, Siegel High School’s 2026–2027 Teacher of the Year! For 27 years, Mrs. Phillips has educated and inspired students at the middle and high school levels, including supporting students at all levels.

Alongside her work in the English I classroom, Mrs. Phillips serves as a PLC Lead, Beta Club Sponsor, and TAC representative for Rutherford County Schools. Her commitment to student success, leadership among colleagues, and service to our school community shine through each of these roles.

We are grateful for the difference she makes for our students and staff every day. Congratulations, Mrs. Phillips, on this well-deserved honor!

Siegel sets the standard; Stars lead the way!
