Instructional Coaches Home
Let us introduce ourselves!
👋 My name is Matt Marlatt, and I’m one of the instructional coaches here at Siegel. I’ve taught English in Rutherford County for 29 years—everything from 7th grade to AP—and have served as a HS coach for the past 8. I absolutely love helping teachers grow and watching students thrive.
💫 My partner-in-coaching is Gina Hausler, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better teammate. She brings 28 years of experience (mostly in math, grades 7–12) and has been HS coaching for 9 years. Gina is smart, fun, down-to-earth, and passionate about helping teachers feel seen, heard, and supported. We’re lucky to have her—
and so are you!
Together, we serve as Siegel's Instructional Coach Team, and that means a few things:
How We Support You

• Planning Help – From co-planning lessons to sharing resources, we’ve got your back.
• Classroom Support – Want a model lesson or someone to bounce ideas off of? Just ask!
• Professional Learning – We help create PD that’s relevant, teacher-driven, and practical.
