Mr. Stephen Wayne - Head Principal Mr. Stephen Wayne, principal of Siegel High School, has an extensive background in secondary education and administration. He has had the opportunity to serve Rutherford County Schools in a variety of positions, allowing him to gain invaluable experience in all aspects of public education. In 2006, Mr. Wayne began his educational career at Stewarts Creek Middle School as a Business Education teacher. During his tenure at Stewarts Creek, he served as an exploratory teacher, dean of students, athletic director, head boys and girls golf coach and head girls’ basketball coach. In 2013, Mr. Wayne was hired as an assistant principal at Riverdale High School where he worked until being promoted to principal of Rock Springs Middle School in July 2016. Rock Springs Middle earned multiple accolades under Wayne’s leadership, including earning an “A” overall on the Tennessee Report Card, earning Level 5 distinction multiple times, and was the first middle school in the county to be named a “Common Sense School” for promoting cyber safety.
Mr. Wayne earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in business marketing and education from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006. In 2008, he earned a master’s degree in administration and supervision from Middle Tennessee State University and in 2009 from the same university he earned an educational specialist degree in curriculum and instruction.
“I am grateful to Dr. Sullivan for providing me with the opportunity to become the next principal at Siegel High School,” Wayne said. “In 2003, Siegel High School established a strong student-centered foundation with a focus on academics, athletics, character and community service. We will continue these foundational pillars as we concentrate on student growth and achievement.”

Mr. Trey Ondrus - Principal for last names A-C
Mr. Ondrus has been in education since 1999. He has been at Siegel since it opened in 2003.
Mr. Ondrus taught Economics, World History, and World Geography. He served as an assistant football coach until he began his administrative career in 2009. Mr. Ondrus has a bachelors degree, masters degree, and an Educational Specialist degree from Tennessee Technological University.
Mr. Ondrus and his wife, Ali, have two children, Eva and Deacon. He enjoys playing golf, watching football, and attending Dollywood with his family.

Mr. Richard Delbridge - Principal for last names D-Hem
Mr. Delbridge has been a dedicated educator and Siegel Star since our opening year in 2003. He has served our students by teaching environmental science, physical science, biology, and chemistry during those years. He has been the chair of the Siegel science department and served as a dean of students. He has a passion for education and genuinely finds joy in the work. Mr. Delbridge holds a B.U.S. , a B.S., M.Ed. and an E.Ds. in educational leadership/curriculum and instruction.

Mrs. Sharon Miller - Principal for last names Hen-Mc
Mrs. Sharon Miller, Assistant Principal at Siegel High School, exemplifies Siegel's devotion to academic achievement and reflective practice. Having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from Middle Tennessee State University, she continues to be a life-long learner - furthering her studies at Arkansas State University and Carson-Newman University, where she currently studies. Mrs. Miller previously worked as a professional chemist, then transitioned into the classroom, teaching for 17 1/2 years with an additional year as an Instructional Coach for Siegel High.
Mrs. Miller and husband, Brad, are the proud parents to Olivia and Victoria, both Siegel student-athlete graduates. She is an avid Chicago Bears fan and will travel to watch New York Yankees baseball games. Thoroughly immersed as a Siegel Star long before teaching at Siegel, Mrs. Miller brings an enthusiastic mindset through interactions with colleagues and students and passionately helps students and teachers push through challenges to achieve their goals.
Mrs. Tarron Huddleston - Principal for last names Me-ScMrs. Huddleston has been in education since 1996. She spent several years as an ELA teacher in Lebanon Special School District before joining Rutherford County Schools. Once in the county, she taught ELA at Lavergne Middle School, and then worked on faculty at Central Magnet School their opening year. More recently, Mrs. Huddleston spent the last 10 years working at LaVergne High, serving one year as a graduation coach and the past 9 years as an assistant principal.
Mrs. Huddleston is married with one son. She is honored to be apart the Siegel team and community.

Dr. Pamela Perkins - Principal for last names Se-Z
Dr. Pamela Perkins has been in education since 2007. She began her career as an English teacher at Smyrna High School. During her tenure at Smyrna High School, she taught English I and served as a Dean of Students until becoming an assistant principal at Siegel High in 2018.
Dr. Perkins earned her Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, her Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, and her Doctorate degree in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Dr. Perkins has three children, Kenneth "KJ" Jr., Julian, and Cannon. When she is not at school, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, cooking, reading, and watching movies.
