Siegel High JROTC Takes Away Wins

The Siegel High School JROTC Female Raider Team won first place at the Blaze Raider Meet this past weekend, beating all other female high school teams in the county, and the team finished second overall in Rutherford County School’s Raider League.  

The Siegel Male Raider Team is the RCS Raider League Champion, finishing first place overall in the County for the season and have been the RCS Raider League Champions three times in the last five seasons. 

The Rutherford County Raider League consists of four competitions with all high schools participating. This year's competitions were held at Oakland HS, Riverdale HS, Smyrna HS, and Blackman HS during the months of September, October, and November.  Each competition consists of five events:  Physical Challenge, Map Reading, Obstacle Course, Cross Country Rescue, and One-Rope Bridge.
